In the world of pro sports, it seems that every other week we hear of an athlete who gets arrested for some type of stupid behaviour. Let’s face it – pro athletes are most times ill equipped to deal with their enormous financial windfalls, their sudden rise to fame, and all the perks bestowed upon the ‘Gods’ of sports. History shows us that bad behaviour goes hand in hand with pro sports. From the shenanigans of the ‘John McEnroes’, to the stunning ‘Michael Vicks’, to the shocking ‘O.J. Simpsons’, I for one am so over the poor behaviour displayed by pro athletes.

Everybody knows that Bo knows. What does Bo know? Well, first of all, Bo knows how to act. Bo knows how to be a great athlete in more than one sport, without all the showboating and carrying on that is seen today. So, here’s an idea… Let’s have Bo start up a “Hey Dufus, Are You Ready for This?” school and make attendance mandatory for all rookies (no matter what sport is involved). Once rookies graduate from Bo’s class, we might be able to let our kids watch more sports, without all the carrying on and B.S. currently allowed to happen in today’s sports.

There are very few class-act athletes that I can think of… Wayne Gretzky – sure; Emmitt Smith – you betcha; Troy Aikman – yepper. Let’s hope that what Wayne, Emmitt, Troy and Bo know gets passed around and FAST!!
