Ken Block is the owner of the DC Shoes brand but you may also know him as one of the great rally car driver. In this video filmed for a DC commercial you can see drifting like you never did before.

Doesn’t this make you go “ooooooooooooo”. Audi’s gotta be stinging, but it is their own fault, they’re the ones who put a personal attack on a fierce, direct competitor. This is what the transportation industry has come to, cut throat competition. They don’t have a choice anymore if they want us to support their cause and buy more cars. In this case though, Audi just got owned.

This one sounds kinda funny for a partnership, but it’s real. General Motors (GM) and Segway have partnered up to develop a new urban transportation device providing personal mobility. This partnership is a result of 18 month collaboration to project Personal Urban Mobility and Accessibility (P.U.M.A) The P.U.M.A. has a lot of common ground with the Segway Personal Transporter.  

P.U.M.A. features an all-electric powertrain, plus a side-by-side two-wheel layout. Like the Segway, it uses dynamic stabilization technology to keep it upright and balanced.Where P.U.M.A. pushes ahead is in practicality, usability and safety. Unlike other personal mobility devices such as Toyota’s i-Unit or i-Real, P.U.M.A. accommodates two passengers in a pod-like capsule that’s shielded from the elements (as pictured, this early-development prototype doesn’t have the extra bodywork). It also features seats, seatbelts and a safety cage. Thanks to a more sophisticated electric powertrain and battery pack, its top speed is 56 km/h, and it can travel up to 56 km/h between charges

As a Canadian, I know just like everyone else that living in cold regions will eventually lead to snow, ice and just plain bad driving conditions. However, I have never been in a situation where my completely stopped car could slide 50 meters down the street just because of outrageously bad weather conditions. Well here’s where I think most of us would draw the line, and stay inside…

If you ask me why I decided to go with Jennifer Love Hewitt for this week’s 360 babe, I’ll tell you this: She’s on the cover of Maxim Magazine for god sakes.

Not only this but it’s actually her 3rd time on the cover of Maxim. The first time was in 1999, than in 2005 and now for May 2009. This is awesome! I’m personally a big fan of Jennifer. She may not be the best actress I’ve seen but she’s a down to earth women with a rockin’  body.

When it comes to car crashes nothing can compete against NASCAR. If you allow cars to go more than 300 km/h around the track and most of the time bumper to bumper, the chances of contact with other competitors are incredibly high. For this reason, NASCAR might be the most dangerous contact sport there is.

If you’re a NASCAR enthusiast you might have watched the Talladega race on sunday. If you did, then you probably saw Carl Edwards big crash as he was heading towards the finish line. Actually, he was so close to the finish line when he crashed that he decided to run the distance. Don’t forget to watch the video below.

In this, the third week of many 360 friday car histories, we will be going over an american cultural icon, the Ford Mustang. The Ford Mustang was initially based on the Ford Falcon. Production started in Dearborn Michigan in 1964, and the car was showned to the public at the New York World’s fair April 17 th 1964. The Mustang is Ford’s oldest nameplate which is still in production. This is Ford’s most successful lauch since the Model A.

It was executive stylist John Najjar, who suggested the name from a WW II fighter plane the P-51 Mustang.

The Mustang created the “pony car” class of American automobile — sports car-like coupes with long hoods and short rear decks and gave rise to competitors such as GM’s Camaro, AMC’s Javelin, and Chrysler’s revamped Barracuda. It also inspired coupés such as the Toyota Celica and Ford Capri, which were exported to America.

Through the years the Mustangs grew larger and heavier with each model until, in response to the 1971-1973 models, fans of the original 1964 design wrote to Ford urging a return to its size and concept.

Although some other pony cars have seen a revival, the Mustang is the only original pony car that has remained in production without interruption after four decades of development and revision.

This pass week we’ve seen a rally car tumble down a mountain and I have to say it was a really rough crash. But this one is a bit more spectacular. The car just goes flying into the air spinning like crazy.

What I think is the most amazing thing in this video is the driver walking out like nothing happened. Like I said…CRAZY!

The Aston Martin One-77 is a sports car that speaks for itself. It was fully revealed at the 2009 Geneva Motor Show. The One-77’s design features a full carbon fire monocoque chassis and a handcrafted aluminum body. The engine is a 7.3 litre V12, it is naturally aspirated with a 6 speed automated manuel transmission. 

According to the Australian newspaper, The Courier-Mail, it is expected to be priced at around AU$2.6 million.

According to the British magazine, Top Gear, it is to be priced at £1,200,000.

At the 2009 Geneva Auto Show, the company revealed the car fully. It features Pirelli P Zero Corsa tyres (255/35 ZR20 front, 335/30 ZR20 rear), 6-speed transmission, Carbon Ceramic Matrix brake. Top speed was estimated over 200 mph (320 km/h), with a 0-60 mph time in approximately 3.5 seconds. The projected weight was 1,500 kg (3,307 lb).
