At approximately 1:45 p.m. a 5.5 magnitude earthquake shook the grounds of the north-east U.S. and southern parts of Ontario and Québec. To be more precise though the quake’s center was around 60 kilometers North of Ottawa, Ontario. Apparently the quake was felt in Buffalo, Detroit, Montreal, N.Y., Toronto and surrounding areas. I know I felt it, living in Ottawa myself. When I say I was sitting on a crack I didn’t think of it in that sense, but now I’m going to have too!

According to “Le Journal de Montreal” there is a rumor that forward Alexei Kovalev may become the new leader of the Montreal Canadiens. We all know that Montreal is an incredibly fierce hockey market and that the media drops a word in on just about any and every subject that could possibly revolve around the team, so it’s no surprise this rumor got some attention. It is, however, just a rumor for now. But for the sake of argument I think it’s worth looking at what could become if this hypothetical situation were to turn out to be a reality, what positive or negative aspects could this bring to the Habs?

I would be happy to take his place if he needs someone. I know being a massage therapist is a hard job but I would definitely be ready to do it just to help out this poor guy.

Improv Everywhere strike again! This time its an even bigger group doing some pant-less subway riding. I do believe they say its 12 years in a row they’ve done this? Now that’s consistency. I hope I get to see that one day, or even take part of it. The greatest part about all their “crowd attacks” are that no harm is done whatsoever, to the environment, or to people, it’s just a fun and thought provoking activity.

Improv Everywhere is their name, and massive group activities of all kinds is their game. In this video around 200 people walking in grand central station just stop walking, talking and moving. They all freeze for about 3 minutes. Sure it doesn’t sound like a long time, but it made a lot of grand central station onlookers very skeptical for that period of time.
